Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

All sales of Special Orders, Barrels, Books, CDs, Videos and Custom Gunsmith parts and services are final.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted when a LWD Customer Service Representative gives prior authorization.
 
All returns must have Customer #, date of call and assigned letter for proper department sorting visible on the outside of the package or the process will be delayed.

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return merchandise in the original unmarked packages.

 
The merchandise and packaging must be in resalable condition, returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to credit evaluation.

Merchandise returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and credit evaluation.

All credits for invoices paid by credit card will be credited back to the credit card. All credits for invoices paid by cash, money order, or check will be applied to the customers account for credit towards the next order.

Any credits not used within 180 days will become void.

Lone Wolf Distributors charges a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

Replacements will be sent to a customer when one of the LWD’s Certified Glock Armorers declares the manufacturers’ materials and or craftsmanship as defective.

Please allow 2-3 weeks after arrival to LWD for returns to be processed.
