Returns, Exchanges, and Credits

Please allow up to 4 weeks for returns to be processed

  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. When returning an item for refund, Lone Wolf will not provide a return shipping label unless it is for a defective or broken part.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Custom orders (including custom coating, machine work and other services), used barrels, and installed sights are final, and no returns or exchanges will be authorized or accepted.
  • Closeouts and discontinued items are not eligible for return or refund. All sales final.

  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted only when a Lone Wolf Customer Service Representative gives prior authorization and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Issuance of an RMA does not guarantee a full refund of product cost.  This amount will be determined once the product is received and examined.

  • All returns must have the RMA form filled out and included along with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package or processing will be delayed.

  • New merchandise must be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the original unmarked and undamaged package in which it was received. If the merchandise or packaging is found to be used or damaged, the return will be subject to a restocking fee. This fee will be calculated based on the amount of damage to packaging/product.

  • All invoices paid by credit card will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. All invoices paid with cash, money order, or check will be refunded by company check.  Under certain circumstances, an in-store credit may be issued.
     
  • Warranty issues are handled directly with the respective manufacturers.  LWD is not responsible for providing a refund or exchange for products manufactured by another company.
  • LWD parts will not be accepted for return/exchange until inspected by a LWD Armorer.

  • LWD charges a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
  • Firearms and other serialized ATF controlled items are non-returnable.

 Starting a return or warranty inspection/repair:  To start a return or warranty inspection/repair please read the following steps

  • Using the chat at the lower right corner of our website to contact customer service or call at (208)448-0600 or contact us at [email protected]
  • Customer service will then email you a warranty form and other associated documents for returns, exchanges, and warranty repairs.
  • Fill out the forms with the information provided by the customer service representative and include them in the box.
  • Ship your item to the address provided on the form.

 Warning! - Parts Purchasers! We recommend certified armorers install all parts. It is purchaser’s responsibility to be absolutely certain that any parts ordered are correctly fitted & installed. Firearms are complicated mechanisms and Improper Fitting of Parts May Result in A Dangerous Malfunctioning, Damage to The Firearm & Serious Injury to The Shooter & Other Persons. The purchaser & installer of parts must accept full responsibility for the correct adjustment & functioning of the firearm after such installation.

 

 Warranty Information:

The Magnuson-Moss Act (Public Law 93-637) does not require any seller or manufacturer of a consumer product to give a written warranty. It does provide that if a written warranty is given, it must be designated as "limited" or as "full" and sets minimum standards for a "full" warranty. Vigilant Gear LLC (DBA Lone Wolf Arms) has elected not to provide any written warranty, either "limited" or "full", rather than to attempt to comply with the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Act and the regulations issued thereunder. There are certain implied warranties under state law with respect to sales of consumer goods. As the extent and interpretation of these implied warranties varies from state to state, you should refer to your state statutes. Lone Wolf Arms wishes to assure its customers of its continued interest in providing service to owners of Lone Wolf Arms firearms.
